24-7 Fitness is conveniently located at 605 Salem Road (next to Walgreens) in Conway. 24-7 Fitness is a fitness center open to members 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Upon joining the club, members are able to access the facility with a 24-7 Fitness keytag. The center has 24 hour state-of-the-art digital security.

The facility has a quality cardiovascular selection of LifeFitness treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes and stair machines. A cardio theatre, with Broadcast Vision, is available in the cardiovascular area which allows members to listen to their television of choice while exercising. The fitness club also features an extensive selection of LifeFitness strength equipment, a barbell/dumbbell area, a Smith Machine and a cable crossover machine. An area of the facility is devoted to flexibility and abdominal activities.

In addition to the fitness area, 24-7 Fitness also provides an unlimited tanning service for members. Twelve minute SunStar 432-3F tanning beds are available for members to use at their convenience. Free tanning is included in the fitness membership.

Exercises specialists are available to assist members with efficiently meeting their goals. Personal training is also available to members.

Our staffed hours are 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday-Friday and 9:00-Noon on Saturdays. Other times are available by appointment. Feel free to stop by for a tour of our facility. Memberships are $ 40 monthly for a single membership and $ 60 monthly for a couples membership. Three month Student memberships are also available for $ 100.
