Trinity Development Co. Inc,. is a real estate development and management company which was founded in 1977 by lifelong Conway resident Robert L. Ott. During the early development years, Trinity’s primary focus was the development of residential neighborhoods to support the phenomenal growth of Conway, which doubled in size from a population in 1990 near 20,000 to over 42,000 in 2000. As the population grew, so did the need for commercial areas to serve the new residents. Trinity answered that need by shifting its focus from residential to commercial development and management.

Trinity is now one of the largest commercial developers and property management companies in Faulkner County. Trinity owns all properties it manages which includes more than 250,000 square feet of office and retail lease space along with more than 240 multi-family rental units. The commercial properties include stand alone buildings and multi-tenant complexes throughout Conway and Greenbrier. In addition, Trinity has joined forces with Salter Construction Company of Conway in order to meet the needs of those companies who prefer build to suit projects.
